Many brands go south pretty soon as their owners have no idea what it takes to build a brand and have a general lack of direction. Those are mostly small start-up brands but many mega brands have their bad days too.
We all know learning from others’ mistakes is one of the fastest way to learn and avoid making the same mistakes of our own.
BRAND FAILURES by Matt Haig is a great read whether to learn new things or just a reminder to us that handles brands of what could go wrong.
